Fair use rationale for Image:KCAQ-FM.png[edit]

Image:KCAQ-FM.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

NPOV remove[edit]

I made some of the claims more generic and easier to substantiate. Given the article is a stub, there's little else to deem a NPOV issue so I removed the template. - RoyBoy 03:44, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

KCAQ/KOCP article content switch[edit]

Just so everyone knows, recently I moved all content related to the 104.7 FM frequency prior to the 2016 frequency switch between KCAQ and KOCP from the KCAQ article to the one for KOCP. Likewise, any content about 95.9 FM was moved from KOCP to KCAQ. This is to maintain a consistent history of each FCC license based on the Facility ID, which never changes even if the owner, call sign, frequency, or format of a station does. Thus, the KCAQ article contains information on the 95.9 FM frequency from the beginning, including when it held the KOCP call letters. From now on, we should place pre-2016 content regarding 95.9 FM here instead of at KOCP, and likewise with 104.7 FM content at KCAQ. Thanks! 805mike (talk) 02:25, 29 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
