I tried to clean up and remove the anti-KXEB anti-Air America bias from this article. The original author claimed that KXEB's signal is very weak and static-filled. This is no longer true; I live in the DFW Metroplex and I can clearly pick up the signal. Also the original piece claimed (without documentation) that advertising support for the station is "low." Not true: KXEB regularly runs as many ads as one can encounter on any DFW station. They run a wide variety of ads from national and local companies. The original piece also said that KXEB's ratings are "so low that they are no longer formally published by Radio & Records.com." This is not true and, in any case, KXEB has a large and growing following that regularly meets at various venues to discuss progressive issues. KXEB also is backed by a number of fan sites, such as http://www.dallasairamerica.org. I know of no other radio station in the Metroplex that enjoys a regularly-meeting fan club and fan Web sites.

I did a major cleanup on this on, and removed much of the bias and wishy-washy stuff that was on here (for the record, I consider myself to be relatively liberal politically). My intent was to make this as factual and unbiased as possible. Incidentally, I assume that all three of the BMP stations in Texas air the exact same schedule. If not, please correct me. Otherwise, enjoy!

Article was updated with the new Catholic talk format but removed all traces of it having been an Air America affiliate. I updated with the Air America information.
