Curious[edit]

How does this article fail referencing and citation? It has quite a number of good, solid references. How does it fail structure when it's structured properly? And how does it fail coverage and accuracy? It covers all releases of the series, and everything in it is accurate. I think some explanation of the assessment is in order as I don't understand it at all. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 02:48, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The current references are sufficient for the existing content, but not quite what one would expect from a B-class article. Regarding content: there is no chapter list for the article (nor stand-alone), only a volume list. Some character descriptions are also very short (and/or are they all needed?) The reception section might be a bit short, depending on whether more information is actually available or not. Hope that helps! G.A.Stalk 05:05, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Those are all the references I could find, and they cover the existing information in the article (as you say) quite well. To add more to what is currently in the article would be overkill, even if there were more references available. Requiring additional references just for the sake of having more references is not good.
I have been unable to find a chapter list as I do not own the manga. If you know anyone who has the manga, I would be happy to create a list. However, a chapter list is hardly required for a B-class article, and is not important to the understanding of the topic. It's nice to have, for sure, but not necessary, IMO.
Character descriptions don't need to be terribly long, especially for a short series like this one. The only person who might not need to be there is the female student at the bottom of the list, though there are a few more characters to add from the Japanese list. We can then decide on which need to remain in this list.
The reception section covers all of the "reception" available on the series. Again, there's no need to make the reception section extremely long. It's an older series with no complete official English release, so coverage is fairly sparse. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 07:37, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Re #1: Rightfully so... I meant that as additional content is added, the number of references would also increase.
Re #2" I tend to go with "Readers are not left wanting, although the content may not be complete enough to satisfy a serious student or researcher" on this one. The question is whether normal readers would expect a chapter list?
I am willing to say B1=Y and B2=Y on these items. G.A.Stalk 07:59, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
