It would appear that a robot has identified biographic material *similar* to that posted here; same such robot may find it other places where there is reference to Rosebush, including on postings of other universities, and including Rosebush Company's website www.rosebush.com.

Thus the primary source of this material is Rosebush and Judson Rosebush Company Inc., who are indeed the copyright holders, in whatever event this material is not public fact. It is not possible to research nor get permission from third-party sources who have appropriated these facts and reworked them in various ways. Www.rosebush.com is a natural primary source on the web, and various printed versions of this text have appears on book jackets, introductions, and other print places.

So the issue of appropriation of copyright is moot and the copyright is basically public domain already, even before submission here.

Following email sent to permissions-en@wikimedia.org hopefully explains copyrights belong to us, and not the ACM or other websites, book jackets, and introductions who print biographical information about Dr. Rosebush:

Judson Rosebush Company Inc., a New York state corporation with an address of 881 Seventh Avenue #1203, New York, NY 10019, hereby states that biographical copy submitted to Wikipedia on the topic "Judson Rosebush" is modified from biographical copy originally published by this Corporation on the website www.rosebush.com and in various printed manifestations.

The website www.rosebush.com continues to bear a copyright notice "© 1995-2006 Judson Rosebush Company Inc." and biographical material similar to that submitted is found on pages such as http://www.rosebush.com/about/rosebush/handp.html. Ergo Judson Rosebush Company Inc. claims full use and privilege of copyright.

Permission is granted to use the copy submitted for the topic "Judson Rosebush" under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License.
