Not his name[edit]

His name was Juan Ramis y Ramis. The botanical abreviation is Ramis y Ramis ( https://www.ipni.org/a/8126-1 or https://kiki.huh.harvard.edu/databases/botanist_search.php?mode=details&id=80172 ). All his family members were "Ramis y Ramis" (Pedro, Bartolomé, José, Antonio).

We can also see it in the signature attached to the article. The Royal spanish acedemy also refers to him as http://dbe.rah.es/biografias/18307/juan-ramis-y-ramis Translating his name to "Joan Ramis i Ramis" is a modern invention
