Blurb for DYK[edit]

Did You Know

...that Johnny Roventini was a dwarf bellboy in a New York City hotel when he was paid $1 to "Call for Phillip Morris", unknowlingly beginning his 40-year career as an advertising icon in radio, television, and print media?

Unless you can add citations, it is unlikely that anybody will pick this up for a DYK.Balloonman 06:49, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
citations added. Mark in Historic Triangle 09:20, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Figured it wouldn't take too long ;-)Balloonman 18:33, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
One other thing, but this won't affect the DYK, you might want to take a look at WP:CITE and see the various ways that you can add citations. Traditionally, just leaving a link isn't the ideal situation... this is particularly true if you want it to pass GAC or some other grading standard down the road... it seems as if you put a lot of effort into this article. Generally, the citation should indicate who the author was (if available), what the title of the work was (if available), what the publication/website was, the date of the publication (if available), and the date accessed.Balloonman 18:37, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
