"Dr."?[edit]

The convention on Wikipedia is to leave titles like "Dr." out of article titles. Shouldn't this article be renamed simply John Stevenson (doctor) or John Stevenson (merchant)? MaxVeers 20:23, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ireland[edit]

I am very surprised that the assertion that he was a Scot has been allowed to stand in the face of the hijacking of history by the Irish we are now very used to. Well done. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.12.117.149 (talk) 00:54, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
