I don't think the Wyoming judge is the primary topic for this name. A Google search for "John H. Howe" mostly turns up results about the architect (e.g., [1][2][3]). Many of the results on Google Books are also about the architect ([4][5][6]), although there are also some results about the judge. Because of the more even split in the Google Books results, I suggest converting John H. Howe to a disambiguation page. – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 03:38, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
