Notability and references.[edit]

I am not sure what is notable about this person. There is only one reference and nothing definitive so there needs to be some addition references but also involving notability. Birth date, death circumstances[edit]

His birth date is listed as 1727, but the article mentions he "lived for a short time in Holland before emigrating in 1720." His father's article also mentions an emigration date of 1720, without any mention of return to Europe. So:

  • was he born not in 1727 but in 1720 or earlier?
  • was he born in 1727 but in New Jersey rather than Europe?
  • was he born in 1727 in Holland as the article states, with his parents (or at least mother) having returned there for a short time preceding his birth?

Which ever it is, the article should clarify. - Nbpolitico (talk) 13:00, 17 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
