To me the song is about a woman (the vocalist) who is in love with someone who has left for various reasons. That someone might be alcoholic but that isn't real clear. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pedzsan (talk • contribs) 02:51, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
Song subject[edit]
Why is there an "interpretation" about the subject of the song when Napolitano has stated that the song is about Marc Moreland? Conjecture on the part of someone else about it seems arbitrary and unnecessary. This should be removed. Gil gosseyn (talk) 09:07, 24 July 2017 (UTC)
