"How Jewish is Hollywood" column, "controversy", and WP:BLP[edit]

IP editors keep returning to the "Controversial columns" section of the article a paragraph about a column Stein wrote in December 2008 entitled "How Jewish is Hollywood?". There is, however, no indication that the column is even notable in any way, much less "controversial". If someone wants to make a case that this specific column is notable, using reliable secondary sources, please do so here.

I've been monitoring this article for two and a half years, and it's quite apparent that a number of people really haven't liked some of Stein's columns. These people apparently feel the need to respond by coming to this article, and inserting negative information about Stein, or the columns in question. I know nothing about Stein, and do not read his writing. I do, however, know that this article is a Biography of a Living Person, and all material in it must comply with the WP:BLP policy (which I have indeed read). Before making any further edits, I strongly recommend all editors here review Wikipedia:BLP#Writing style and Wikipedia:BLP#Semi-protection, protection, and blocking, as I will continue to strictly enforce them, as I have been doing. Deleted the part calling David Duke a doctor. I can't find a single shred of evidence he has a PhD from an accredited university. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.178.91.117 (talk) 01:58, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bais[edit]

This article is really unbalanced and basically reads like a hate letter to Stein. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.123.36.92 (talk) 08:02, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Why is there no bibliography? Does Joel Stein not update his Wikipedia page? If he doesn't care, who will? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.196.169.184 (talk) 13:25, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
