I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Origin of "palooka"

It means "stupid" in Hawaiian. There is also an Italian word that I heard today on a Perry Mason episode, "The Case of the Sad Sicilian" (1965), "pelucha" that sounds fairly similar.
