Mixed[edit]

Okay so I live in Hong Kong... but I don't know the criteria here for one to be considered mixed blood. Mixed blood means having biological parents of different races. Jill's parentage are totally Asian, so why change that? --Starryboy 16:18, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That's true, which is why initially it read 'mixed parentage' which I suppose wasn't that clear in the first place. Perhaps 'mixed ethnicity' is better since different types of Asians can be considered as different ethnic groups. Filipino, Chinese and Korean are each very different despite all being in Asia so just to generalize as only Asian kind of takes information out of the article. I've been meaning to clean up the poorly written edits as well as the grammar is pretty poor at the moment and needs to be brought up to standard. --Doctor Moley 11:43, 31 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Vidal is of Chinese, Korean, and Filipino ethnicity" << is this actually true or is this just another 'Wikipedia Fact' summoned up from some over-enthusiastic teenage fans. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.31.214.140 (talk) 15:12, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

BEST known simply as "Jill"?[edit]

Is there any suggestion that she's BEST known simply as "Jill"? The article currently makes it clear that she is not, but if that's incorrect, and a valid <ref> to suit can be provided, it should be mentioned in the lead.

Also, the article currently gives her "other" name as both Wei Si and Wei Shi - which spelling is the most appropriate? 58.8.8.75 (talk) 20:18, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just went through all the <ref>s, and of the 8 in English, all 8 said both "Jill Vidal" and "Wei Si". None said "Wei Shi", and none said "Jill" that didn't say "Vidal". So I've removed "Wei Shi" from the article, and replaced "Jill" with "Wei Si" in the infobox-othername field. 58.8.8.75 (talk) 20:47, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
