The article mentions "Because the evidence submitted by the protesters in Supreme Court was taken prior to formation of Tamilnadu Regulation of Jallikattu Act". But there seems to be no proper sources to indicate that the evidence was prior to Tamilnadu Regulation of Jallikattu Act. It is known that the regulation was formed in 2009. Someone clarify.
