February 2020: notability[edit]

I cannot help but think that this article's subject is, fundamentally, a civil servant, and not really notable. If he had risen to the top of his organization, maybe notable. Also, and maybe I did not check sufficiently, we need to know if he actually produced or directed. --Quisqualis (talk) 03:15, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
