Merge or rename[edit]

Considering this is merely a phrase, I think it should be either:

  1. merged to Iran–United States relations#1977–1979: Carter administration, or
  2. renamed and expanded to something that includes a discussion of the banquet/speech,

because the consquences appear to be a reaction to J. Carter's supportive speech in general and not to just the phrase "island of stability". - HyperGaruda (talk) 16:54, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
