The portrait - the correct Isabella Gonzaga?[edit]

Portrait of Isabella Gonzaga.

This portrait has been removed from the article. Is this the right Isabella Gonzaga? Royalty and nobility used the same names for generations, and no doubt they were many women named Isabella Gonzaga. The portrait depicts a woman dressed in the fashion of the 1680s. The Isabella Gonzaga of the article died in 1630. She could have been painted about half a century after her death, but until we can establish which Isabella Gonzaga it is, it should not be used for this article.--Aciram (talk) 11:50, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Aciram: I don't know if the woman depicted is the right Isabella Gonzaga, but I can tell you that the file was uploaded on commons by a sockpuppet of an indefinitely banned vandal, blocked globally for violation of copyright, abuse of multiple accounts and for having written completely false informations (especially on it.wiki, of which I'm sysop).--Caarl 95 (talk) 11:04, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well then, in that case it is even more urgent to verify who the portrait depicts. --Aciram (talk) 13:00, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The portrait may depict Anna Isabella Gonzaga (1655-1703), as she had the same name and the fashion of the portrait is the right for the time period of (Anna) Isabella Gonzaga. --Aciram (talk) 14:14, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
