Searching for 'Isaac Ikhouria' will yield mostly pages from statistics and records sites.

In addition, searching for 'Ikhouria' will yield mostly results with the misspelt 'Isaac Ikhouria', while searching for 'Ikhuoria' will yield the names of other Nigerians with the name, indicating that this is how the name should be spelt.
