Birth Dates[edit]

I have found two birth dates recorded for Browne - Venn gives 21 January 1705, while the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, which I consulted today, gives 12 January 1706, the latter of which would have made his age at death 54 years. It is also potentially confusing because at the time the Julian calendar was being used in England, whereby the 'New Year' started in March. I have decided to refrain from bringing in the ODNB's date until their article's sources have been checked. Cloptonson (talk) 19:12, 30 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
