Ridiculously low upload speeds for home users[edit]

Even people with ftth can get at most 40 mpbs ul (if the fibre belongs to Telekom Slovenije) or 100 mbps (if the fibre belongs to T-2). The actual speeds achievable without any changes of the equipment on either side are 1000/1000 give or take a few mbps. That's way too low, even using LTE you can get 50 mbps upload in an area with good signal coverage... the cheapest packages should be 100/100 mbps, the more expensive but still affordable packages should be around 500/500 and the most expensive ones should go up to 1000/1000 (or the physical limitations of your line which ever comers first).

Other than the upload speeds being way too low, our internet is pretty good, data caps aren't even a thing, if you wish you can use your line to it's max capacity 24/7 every day of the month, there is native support for ipv6 (you get an entire /56 if you ask), you can either have 4 dynamic ipv4 addresses or one static ipv4 address, reverse dns works too, voip calls in country are unlimited as are mobile calls/and messages, mobile data caps exist but are very high (I have around 70GB per month in country and 16GB per month in other eu countries, thanks to the EU the price of calls/data inside the EU have dropped a lot. Downloading copyrighted content for non profit use is completely legal, uploading is a civil matter and the methods used by the RIAA/MPAA and their thugs to catch people doing it are illegal which makes any evidence obtained using them or derived from the evidence obtained using them inadmissible in court (which in practical terms makes uploading legal too) and by admitting that you poses such evidence you have just admitted that you have broken the law and unlike the copyright stuff this is a criminal matter so the police/prosecution are required to attempt to prosecute a the people responsible. Packages up to 350/40 are relatively affordable since the difference between the basic 100/20 package and the 350/40 package is under 10 eur (there's also a 1000/40 package but that one costs 20 eur more than the 350/40 (which is the last affordable speed you can get) one and it's benefits are questionable with the upload still being only 40 mbps. Iptv works fine, we have most of the good channels (hbo, amc, ...) in hd and some even in 4k, hbood and hbogo are included too and while the amount of devices you can link to your account and use hbogo is limited, the limit must be very high because I have 2 phones, about 4 browsers each one with access to hbogo.

The speeds advertised can be reached even during peak hours.
