Need some better sources[edit]
Considering that this was a major event, and only just over 10 years ago, I'm surprised at how sparse the information on the web is about this festival. The current IFOS website seems only to be interested in the last festival at Portsmouth in 2005 and has no real sense of history beyond that. As I was present at the 1996 festival, I'm in grave danger of slipping into original research based on untested memory. If anybody can suggest a decent source, I'd be very grateful. -- Chris j wood 15:23, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
