I contest the PROD. This is not a dictionary entry. It is short, but not a dictionary entry. It explains the device plus why and where they are used. Most of the articles about nuts are short because they are simple machines. Wizard191 (talk) 18:49, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

Confusing

I love that articles like this exist. They should. But I would like to say that a picture is worth a thousand words: I cannot really grasp what an allenut is after reading this, I had to dig through the catalogue in the references to find a pic. If a schematic drawing of an internal wrenching nut could be added, then this page would be complete, and obviously the 'confusing' tag could be removed.
