Progress thus far, and what still needs to be done

I started his article with a crude copy/paste translation via Google Translate, which was then cleaned up so as not to be the terrible choppy language that machine translators tend to produce. Combining this with a few internet searches for sources, currently listed at the bottom of the article, and my own cursory knowledge of this project has led to the current stub article. things that could still use work include:

• Double checking that all relevant information on the French page has been properly translated, by someone who actually knows French.
• Converting the citations from list format to inline format.
• General attention to this article from anyone who is more knowledgable about this project than me.
