Current[edit]

I'm not 100% sure what the fourth sentence of the second paragraph under the "current" heading is trying to convey. It states " Major grading for bridges over the two branches of the LaMoine River as well as an overpass for the BNSF Railway and Illinois Route 61." I think the sentence means that the grading has been completed, but I'm not editing the page as I am not sure. Would an editor please clarify? Settlet (talk) 16:49, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
