This article was only hours old when somebody, against WikiPedia guidelines concerning new articles, recommended it for deletion. Given the increasing importance of environmental concerns around oilpatch operations lately, articles like this one will likely become important to the industry, the environmental movement and students of various disciplines in both areas.
