Contested deletion[edit]

This page should remain on Wikipedia because

  1. this is a very commonly used Production Industry term (citations provided)
  2. this industry term is often used but not explained / defined
  3. I had searched Wikipedia for IMAG and found no relevant results
  4. I had created a "create page" request, but thought that since I am familiar with the content, and that I've been a Wikipedia donor, I should be more proactive and contribute this myself
  5. an unrelated IMAG page relating to French research organisation Institut d'Informatique et Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble was deleted but was not authored by me nor has any meaningful relationship to IMAG as a production industry term
  6. IMAG as defined by the article I have written matches the highest ranking definition of IMAG on AcronymFinder (and I have cited that now too in the references)

I have now added two extra references and cleaned things up a little. I look forward to your feedback on how to further improve this article and thus assist learning and understanding within my industry of the terminology we use. Cheers! David

I note the request also asks me to modify my talk page with a template. I am now reading up how this is most appropriately done. --DNSLOC (talk) 01:38, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
