Incorrect term, "Galactic quadrant"?[edit]

As Hyder flares have only been observed on our local star, the sentence "This solar flare occurred in the Southeastern Galactic quadrant" seems to be overstating the event a bit. I've never heard the term "Galactic quadrant" used when discussing the Sun. I'm pretty sure its referring to the quadrant of the solar disk where the filament eruption event occurred. Regardless, the event didn't actually produce a Hyder flare, it was only expected to. This is mentioned first in https://spaceweather.com/archive.php?day=04&month=06&year=2014&view=view and later in https://spaceweather.com/archive.php?day=05&month=06&year=2014&view=view . Additionally, there doesn't appear to be any catalogued flare events at the filament eruption site according to https://www.lmsal.com/heksearch/ .
