Doesn't Han Solo speak at least some Huttese? The CGI scene with Jabba added to the 1997 special edition seems to suggest this. C3PO speaks the language as well, as seen in episode 6.

Leia doesn't speak Huttese to Jabba, she speaks Ubese.
