  • ... that the Hotel Adams, Phoenix's first luxury hotel, burned to the ground in 1910, leaving the territorial governor homeless? [1]
    • ALT1:... that ...? Source: "You are strongly encouraged to quote the source text supporting each hook" (and [link] the source, or cite it briefly without using citation templates)
  • Comment: If this is accepted, if you could queue it for May 17 that would be neat as it's the anniversary of the fire

  • There is one line in History and one paragraph in the last section of the article that lack inline citations. Plus the image ref (ref #14) should be properly formatted. Sainsf (t · c) 17:07, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Not entirely sure where you're referring to with the lack of inline citations, but I've fixed two of the references. SportingFlyer T·C 17:57, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • This line "Drawings for a new hotel on the site were drawn up", other things look fine. Sainsf (t · c) 18:48, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Great, good to go! Hopefully this gets featured on 17th! Sainsf (t · c) 20:27, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Sainsf: this is an example of your not following up on the move to special occasions. Every so often I skim through the Approved page to find requests for Special Occasions dates, but I don't always find them. If the reviewer doesn't do it immediately, you should post at WT:DYK to let us know there. Best, Yoninah (talk) 11:03, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Sainsf: Also, if you nominate so close to the time you want it to appear, you should post at WT:DYK to request a quick review! Yoninah (talk) 11:04, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oh, I mistakenly pinged the page reviewer and not the nominator. Sorry about that. We still needed some kind of alert at WT:DYK to know that this required a quick turnover. Yoninah (talk) 11:07, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Yoninah, sorry, I had never come across such a situation. I could have done this too though I am the reviewer. Noted. Sainsf (t · c) 11:12, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Yoninah: Thanks for letting me know. This is my second DYK and my first approved DYK, so I'll remember that for the future if I see another DYK could be well timed. SportingFlyer T·C 19:00, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
