I have removed two parts that have no place in this article. One is some sort of super-technical description which is great for readers who have absolutely no concept of what a community or neighborhood is. But most readers do - so why come up with a definition so convoluted that someone even had to put a citation request in at one point because they probably didn't understand it? I also removed the section about Circle Drive, which is applicable to Montgomery Place and South West Industrial, but Holiday Park is nowhere near it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.72.211.35 (talk) 19:04, 11 September 2012 (UTC)
