Area?[edit]

The article says, "The park encompasses all of Okushiri Island . . . " and gives the area of the park as 0.17013 square kilometres. However, the article Okushiri Island gives the area of the island as 142.97 square kilometres. What are the correct areas and relationships between the park and the island?
