Great job! I just made a few edits by adding some commas and changing some tenses. There were also a few run-ons that I fixed. I like how in the beginning you state what you will talk about in the sections, and how those subjects tie to HAK5. I also like how your writing is straightfoward and easy to understand. I just have a few suggestions. For your section on interactions, it may be a good idea to breifly explain how the HAK5 is involved in each of those proteins.
