Ancestry[edit]

On what basis is the claim made that he 'is known to have been the only Jewish member of the Scottish aristocracy'? Seems that there are two assertions here (Jewish and only) that need to be proven. Cheers, Lindsay 09:44, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
