Notability and faulty citation[edit]

I tagged this article as needing to establish notability, but that was removed. This ciation:

is incomplete, and I can find nothing of the sort in PubMed or via Google scholar or in the BMJ. What is the date, correct title, etc. of this BMJ citation?
