Henk & BPS Software?[edit]

Its not entirely clear but was Bulletproof Software essentially Henk's own company which was a one-man-operation? I've seen articles which said that he was the President of the company.--Bmathew 09:01, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Black Onyx inconsistencies[edit]

How could Hank Rogers "invent" the Japanese RPG when Black Onyx didn't begin development until 1994? Really, almost all of the "facts" are either unsourced, or sourced only through Henk Roger's autobiography on his company's website. I don't really know if that's a credible source. I agree it's a very huge claim that just suddenly appeared. (He only used to claim fame to Tetris.)

If you look on Wikipedia alone, The Black Onyx, which has a citation flag, has the game released in 1984. If you go to the Wikipedia page Role-playing video game under "Video game consoles", it mentions Bokosuka Wars as being an example of an RPG, which is listed as being released in 1983.

Remember, Henk Rogers used to be claimed as the "INVENTOR" of Tetris until people discovered it already existed in Russia. Now, people who write about Rogers have changed their story to match up, so I feel wary, especially since, as you mentioned, many of the sources on the Henk Rogers Wikipedia page have some sort of conflict of interest.
