Choice Of Endings?[edit]

I believe there is some confusion about the "blacked out" parts at the end of the novel. The blacking out of certain words appears randomly throughout the story. At first , it's an obvious word , then seems to be random words like "and" ( hardly an offensive word ) , then builds up to a crescendo of too many words being blacked out to understand the story at all. If anything , it's a commentary on censorship or as a sort of writer's in-joke. ( i.e. there's no way he could tie all the loose ends together , so incorporating the blacking out of words , saves the lazy writer a lot of bother.). If anything , the ending gives the reader ZERO choice , the unseen censor , has ruined it! 75.104.174.120 (talk) 22:48, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
