Restoring the article

I believe that the article should be restored as, even though the article did not mention the notability, the band is notable. First, there were not as many thrash/speed metal bands in Yugoslavia. The extreme metal scene developed in the 2000s, and Heller existed during the 80s and 90s. Second, the band, even though with only one album, managed to get a release from a valid record label, which even for the existing, metal bands (such as Demoniac and others of the time) was a difficulty. Finally, the album itself is notable, as it is one of the first thrash/speed metal albums in Yugoslavia, and one of the first extreme metal releases.
