Untitled[edit]

PamD, thank you for taking the time to edit the entry that I created on Hellenic Studies. I created this entry and marked it as a stub with the hope that others would expand it. Hellenic Studies is an established academic field and I could easily name more than 100 academic programmes or departments around the world. As for your comment on "US-biased peacockery", I think it is off target (I am not American anyway). I think the way to improve that would be to add more links to European, Australian, and Asian programmes of this kind, rather than delete the American ones, which, admittedly were mentioned more or less arbitrarily. In any case, I intend to do much more work on this, adding information on the history and development of Hellenic studies among other things.

Merge: Modern Greek Studies[edit]

Modern Greek Studies has insufficient content and sources to be notable enough for a standalone article. I propose merging any userful content from it into this one. --Drm310 (talk) 19:16, 21 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
