Citations and References[edit]

This articles references and citations lead nowhere. The authenticity of this article is therefore in doubt, especially the History and the Trivia sections. That this is a band is not in doubt, but please update with verifiable information.

I went through and checked the references. They all seem legit. But some of the articles referenced are pretty long. Is there a way to refer the same way that would a book (ex: paragraph 5)? This would speed up any fact checking. The ref list was also missing from the bottom, which i think i fixed. So perhaps that will also help?

Yes, much better, but even with the references, not all of the information is true or correct. For instance, reference 2 is an article that mentions the birth of Hawnay Troof: "Hawnay Troof was officially born in November of 2001 when Cooler and a childhood friend slapped together an impromptu live set near a soda machine at a concert they could not afford to get into." And yet this page says: "In 2003 a teenage Vice Cooler and friend wanted to go to a show that they couldn't afford. A plan was devised to start a band that afternoon and pose as a band during load in. They wrote the music in one afternoon and loaded in equipment to the venue. No one asked any questions so they did a guerilla style set next to the coke machines and merchandise table during the show." Not only are the dates wrong, but that's not exactly what the source article says. More factual inconsistencies are in the page. But, at least now with the reference section, some of this is verifiable.

most info was uncited/not of encyclopedia merit[edit]

No personal issue the music -- came here for info, and found the article to be one of the more biased/unencyclopedia worthy I have encountered. At first glance, a few major contributors history hint that they are linked to artist (i.e. majority of their history is related to this and other articles that touch on the artist).
