A good question. I suspect not: his obituary here doesn't mention Mattel. Does anyone have access to the NYT citation to check that? It seems like the sort of thing that would have been mentioned prominently in the article had it been true. Certes (talk) 22:30, 25 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
