Opinion[edit]

This article is terrible, it's clearly been written by a nostalgic fan. --86.186.254.69 (talk) 22:46, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it is terrible because very little material is available online. If you can improve it please do.--Charles (talk) 09:49, 3 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hammersmith and Fulham Council planning info[edit]

It is not possible to get direct URLs to planning applications on the Hammersmith and Fulham Council website.

I decided to give a description in the article about how to get the best information from their planning website, with a link to the council homepage. This will save anyone a lot of time when trying to get the best results - other (more obvious) ways of searching on the planning website do not give such good results. Dead News Link Removed[edit]

In my edit of 14:35, 6 September 2014, I removed a news reference to London Informer (http://fulham.londoninformer.co.uk/2009/11/hammersmith-palais-plans-throw.html), because the article is no longer available online.

Information on this from Trinity Mirror: "The old London Informer website was relaunched as the Fulham Chronicle in around 2009/10 and I'm not sure that the archived articles were migrated across. Subsequently the Fulham Chronicle site has since been amalgamated into getwestlondon - which is why that keeps coming up when you click on your link. GWL has all of the Fulham Chron back catalogue but nothing from earlier it seems. Short of calling local libraries to see if they have the papers from that era on microfilm, I'm not sure what to suggest." JohnMason777 (talk) 09:36, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
