Contradictory[edit]

This article claims (1) the club was established 2009 ; and (2) it raced in 1983 and 1987 ; -- therefore it is contradictory, it cannot have raced before it was founded -- 65.94.171.217 (talk) 11:53, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The first claim relates to the Hamilton Island Yacht Club resort, and has now been cited. However, I could not find any information relating to Hamilton Island Yacht Club as a racing team in 1983. This second claim still needs to be verified/cited, and if true, made into a separate section to distinguish the resort from the racing team. JAMRYE (talk) 04:24, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
