Can the editor variously appearing as the AOL proxy addresses 172.142.49.12, 172.189.61.234, 172.201.254.55, and 172.202.216.148, who has already violated WP:TRR, justify the repeated reinstating of unsourced POV material and deletions of relevant material in this article? POV, OR, and sources[edit]

I agree with the excision of the unsourced paragraph about W.'s appearance, voice, and personal habits; however, the material about the existence and source of misogyny and violence in his stories is equally unsourced and is certainly speculative (constituting a clear violation of WP:OR), as is the identification of Clinton with Crowley. This material should be readded only if reliable sources supporting the statements are cited. Further sources for, and expansion of, the biographical information in the article would also be welcome, as the article is rather thin on details of his life, and some of the details are contradicted by information I've seen elsewhere. It would be nice if editors would concentrate on adding verifiable material to the article, and verifying the material that's already present, rather than inserting their own essays in literary criticism. Wikipedia is the place for the former, not the latter. Deor (talk) 16:06, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
