Quotes[edit]

According to WP:Quotations, quotations are an essential part of an article. Rather that delete quotations, an editor could paraphrase them. Summarily deleting quotations is unwarranted. Rgdboer (talk) 01:36, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

This Pasha is notable particularly due to the title he chose for his vector analysis book. The book itself is not notable and botches quaternions. See History of quaternions for the context of Linear Algebra, and A History of Vector Analysis for the story of how math had to descend from four to three dimensions to bring quaternions to use in engineering. — Rgdboer (talk) 02:11, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

He also served as an envoy to the US, so that makes him notable too! The book can be notable if there at least two book reviews independent of the subject and published in reliable sources. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:03, 10 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
