very close follow of 1839 publication[edit]

Original French is very close to: Nouvelle histoire de Paris et de ses environs, Jules de Gaulle, Nodier Pourrat, 1839, https://books.google.com/books?id=00TQY0y3Bf4C, Google Books, (French), esp around "galerie de courges" ff....08:54, 17 October 2016 (UTC)

I am just noting as there is more detail there if any one wants to go get it -- I doubt there's a copyright issue. Elinruby (talk) 08:56, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Saint Pol and Saint Paul[edit]

not sure if this is a variant spelling or a separate, similarly named, adjacent location. In modern French these would be pronounced slightly differently and therefore likely be different names; not sure if this would be the case that long ago. Working around this question, primarily by ignoring it for now Elinruby (talk) 02:38, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
