Grind in singular[edit]

Untitled[edit]

I disagree that it would be incorrect to use the singular grind. I've definitely heard people use it, eg "I can't come this evening, I've got a maths grind"62.203.138.217 (talk) 06:50, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Normal[edit]

As a "normal" Irish student who never got grinds, I think this should be rephrased62.203.138.217 (talk) 06:50, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I definitely agree and i don't think the majority of students have grinds. -Smonocco 18:50, 18 November 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Smonoco (talkcontribs)

Prevalence[edit]

I've removed the assertion that 40% of LC students pay €5k for grinds, which I find incredible, and is based on a reference to an unavailable Irish Times article. This also brings into question the entire prevalence section, but I'll let that stand even though it's now missing a citation 91.123.236.28 (talk) 15:42, 5 November 2015 (UTC) Greg[reply]
