Merger proposal[edit]

Support merge; nothing is wrong with unconfirmed planets, but they are best discussed in the context of the broader topic (star system). There is also overlap, as the key cited paper reports properties of the star itself. Klbrain (talk) 07:18, 17 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
There's something terribly wrong with Wikipedia exoplanet articles.
If there are reliable sources about an unconfirmed candidate, then the page SHOULD NOT BE MERGED.
And stop treating KOIs and Kepler planets like they're different.
They're not.

Merged. Or at least the exoplanet article was replaced with a redirect to here since the relevant information is already in this article.  !!!!
