Restored[edit]

I restored this page as it is a real and significant payment system within the German market. Additionally, it appears to be mostly a public sector system (mostly used with their 'postal bank') so I would not perceive it as a commercial attempt at advertising... prat (talk) 15:22, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
