Date of knighthood[edit]

ODNb gives this as 20 January - but it's unclear what the source for this is. The London Gazette record sthe knighthood as being granted on 22 January, so I've gone with that date. David Underdown (talk) 14:13, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
