Longest Lived British Peer?[edit]

Correct me if I am wrong, but can he be upheld as the authentically longest lived holder of a British peerage? The oldest to my recollection preceding him was Baron ('Manny') Shinwell, a Life Peer.Cloptonson (talk) 22:21, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

He is definitely the longest-lived peer by a substantial margin. My attempts to mention this in his article have been obnoxiously reverted by those who can't seem to understand that one quantified period of time being longer than another is not something for which anyone needs a source.12.144.5.2 (talk) 02:45, 1 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
